3230 charging problem

when i connect an charger it showing charging & the output volt. is 1.4x v..
I charged the cell for 14 to 15 hours, after that the battery was not full..
its going charging.............

also i flash to the newer version of firmware..the prob. contd...


please give me the solution .....

bro,try change battery and charger first if still same problem.....
1st-check the resistor (R259) 0.22 ohm .......refer diagram
2st-change UEM
