bro....do full erase and full flash then format

Just flash the phone with update firmware.when flashing is completed make full UI setting,then finally format user area ur phone will be power on.

sir follow this steps..:

full erase, full flash, ui settings, after that you will get contact retailer, then *+3+call sign + power on, wait for formatting..
