3230 no signal

I've try full flash and write pm do UI setting but still no signal, if do manual selection just NO Network, rehot RF IC and PA but problem still remain, could be the flex cable ?

try this one mate...use erase flash but back up your rpl first, after that do normal flashing and ui settings.

i try to cahnge the PA , not working, but i change the uem, it works. give it a try man

dont write full pm on this model, have seen, most of the people who write pm lost the imei of device. so be carefull if you have another device which have not problem you can read pm start feild 6 and end feild 250.... and can write it on other device of same model, it will not harm imei.
i think that the problem you wrote that can be solved only by flashing with latest version, and then doing ui defaults, if it does not solve the problem then you should check hardware.
