Well, I applied this trick a lot of phones like 3230,6600,7610 specially
"Press" Menu Button then go to Extras there will be Memory icon will be same like memory card select with joystick and press option and format it after that re-insert memory card (when your re-inserting make sure u made phone off) when mmc inserted then swith on go to extras and click on memory and check memory card what saying it will definately show your memory status

u change N470 mmc drive ic
then change mmc inter face ic
100 % ok
N470 ic verify schematics
