Bypass iTunes ERROR (23)
Thanks to cpich3g for creating this patch.and thanks to Olethros for the instructions. it only works on iTunes 9.0.2.

open CMD with administrator privelage
copy the path were the patch is
and execute this code:
bspatch.exe iTunesMobileDevice.dll iTunesMobileDevice-new.dll iTunesMobileDevice.dll_902._win.patch

then navigate to were your iTunesMobileDevice.dll is and replace it with the patched one.
then restart your machine.



the error (23) is one of the worst errors you can get..its hardware problems....one of the error 23 symptoms are NO WI-FI. NO BLUETOOTH. IMEI:UNKNOWN. CCID:UNKNOWN.
and the sad part about it if you have your iphone jailbroken this error 23 wont let you restore and if you cant restore well you know what that means? Apple wont repair or replace it for you cus its jailbroken and it voids your warranty but with this patch you can bypass the error 23 and at last restore your device..RESTORING IT WONT FIX ERROR 23 but at least Apple can now repair or replace it...in my case Apple is gonna give me a new iPhone 3GS ......i hope this helps alot of people that are going through my situation.
