A new video shows how Italian motorcycle maker Ducati uses iPad to integrate all business-related communication throughout the company, whose distribution and sales operation spans 88 countries. Ducati created a custom app that helps dealers place orders, track inventory, configure customers’ dream bikes, check a motorcycle’s history, train employees, and more. “iPad is a real revolution in the way we communicate with both our dealer network and our customers,” says Cristiano Silei, Ducati’s Vice President of Global Sales. “It’s fast, cool technology.”
