Run Samsung I8350 Update Tool(Flash button)
Check Normal option at the upper right corner.
At Select image section
Check these: PDA, CSC download, Phone, Eboot, Phone Boot.
Now you have to select the Firmware files like this:
PDA: PDA_I8350XXKK4_REV0.nb0
CSC: CSC_I8350SERKK4.csc
Phone: PHONE_WEMBLEY_16002402_open_KK1_rev00_RC1.bin
Eboot: EBOOT_I8350XXKK4_REV0.eb0
Put the Phone into Download Mode:
Press Volume Up Key + Camera Key + Power
Connect USB cable to Phone and PC
Install needed drivers.
If all is OK then the Update tool will detect Phone's Com number.
Click Start button to update the phone.
Wait till the Update Tool give you this message : Download Done.
Disconnect Cable from Phone and wait about 5 minutes till the phone finish updating CSC file.
After the phone fully on you can do Full Reset by Code: *2767*3855#.
