    Default Blackberry 8520 Software cannot detect device please retry

    I am trying re-flash Blackberry 8520 suddenly when it passes the re initializing phase a message pops up Software cannot detect device please retry or cancel.I have tried the desktop manager it keeps on connecting does not give me option to upgrade or downgrade.
