need n95 8gb to local mode

Need to unlock the N95 8gb with the Cyclone box but i can't put it into local mode with my new Es cable.after modify it show local mode on and off .
Can some one share the Best way to modify it to have local mode.

..if u had modify the cable...and still "no local mode", are u sure the phone is fine? ...(try another fbus cable )
