Open Handset You Will Find It On PCB

i understand a little bit but can u plz tell me further i must connect USB pot cable or not and this two cables connect battery connector

thanks for help me alot can u plz tell me i just sold this cables Rx and Tx or i have to change some option from the software as well if i don't have to change so it is mean giving same error any solution plz sir.
