What is the problem during C139 Unlocking....... ?

Hello to all ,

I have buy Infinity box before 5 - 6 day's ago. And after that i unlocked LG kg 110 phone sucessfully.

But i can't unlock moto C139 phone why.......... ???? When i try to unlock it it show this

And when i stop the process this error show

Anyone please what is the problem ............ ? ? ? OR maybe my method is wrong.

Don't Hold The Pwr Button just push it for 2sc and leave try this...post and try to change the method ....
