Sprint 7700 Death

I flush the phone (sprint 7700) by infinity box+ Doctor box.
Before flush the phome is restaret (with SIM)
after flash phone is death,

Pls, any body help me ,plsssssssssssssssss.

2...if ok replace it
3..still not working replace pw ic maybe 6305

for restart problem first you shoud format it.most of china sets are cured like this. by the way now you should flash the phone with perfect version software. still not working try to change uem
