first of all you must have the same version of phone with your system.
go to imei tool
click on "manual mode "and "warranty imei"
now click on ip1
now type the imei you want
now you get a warning message , click "yess"
now you enter 14 digits imei.(same you enter before)
now press "ok"
after finished..factory defaults.
all finished
