try this procedure
Used UFC cable set into 7.5k
Using Mxkey dongle open Tab.
Connect device make scan or Bus check.
Make backup rpl and PM to make safe.
Press service go to IMEI &Security.
Select Unlock by code and hit Calc NCK.
Wait until finished to calc done.
