hello every body can anybody solve my problem before ok but when i install mxkey setup 3.5 rev2.4 i found this problem access violation at address 7c910c3f in module ntdll.dll read of adress 00200ce5 and clicking ok this address changes again and again but does not open the mxkey software. what s the prblem and how to solve please help,thanks

reinstall fresh copy of software
also clean the registry...
