have you check with other ok lcd?

check -clean display socket on pcb. and check for proper fix it in socket and fix screw also then check again.

try flash with other box..check cable
sometime that box and cable doesn't support ..

bro...try full erase then flash with higher version...try use mt box/ufs to flash ...or replace/rehot ur flash...post result
