you need to flash it brother
it is a software problem

have you checked the chasis housing as the sim holder is fixed to this and sometimes needs adjustment or you have to replace the complete housing.

you can also try to do full format on the device and see if this helps but be warned you will loose all information wether you format or do software.

does the headset work in another phone correctly have you tried this if yes the maybe try software first because sometimes audio apps corrupt.

if you tried sim ic and jumper solution and problem still persist then problem lies with uem,bad news for you bro write the phone off.

ufs 2 does not support the bb5 only from ufs 3 with hwk modification.

no jumper for this as it is not an ic but multiple interface you can only replace.

Jumper master bro please guide me to flash BB5 phones through HWK UFS 2 i m unable to do so when i try to flash BB5 phones the following errors are shown
DATA BLK ERROR AT : 0x0002000.03
CERT BLK ERROR AT : 0x00020300.03
Now what can i do please help me...........

need change the ufs2....it old box....many bugs...not support BB5 flashing....
use bb5 box to solve...
