Solving network problem blindly gives you no result. You have to know what kind of network section is it. You have to know the path of RX & TX from the antenna and to the antenna.

So my suggestion is to solve the network problem with the help of the schematics.

RX = No Network
TX = No access

Trace the RX\TX path with the help of schematics.
Hope this makes clear.
