This phone says "The phone locked" not "Enter subsidy code".
The DM tool or any code reader are useless.
Only infinity can unlock this phone.
Any other solution guys?

your are right only infinity can do but with flash not directly unlock
try to flash your phone with Infinity with this file no need to unlock just flash with it

caution using DM TOOL _V9.3.04.6
p'se take care when using this version of dm tool coz it spoils the boot loader i have tested it on two models c117 and c118 and both phones are dead. I recommend V7.3.04.6 it is 100%
