use original motorola c168 cable, install it then go to my computer choose tab device manager, see your motorola com port location, if it set to usb motorola on com port 8, just set the com port software to com 8, and then try this soft try by your experience

Hi , testing the w220 & Compal tool with one w220 that was perfect now it does not turn on the display ,but with the mstool I can download backup and so on , what can I do , some idea please.
