actually wt is this problem in many phones i face this problem, is this in hardware or software pls clear me & give all pssible solution

first check cable if cable ok
heat some flash ic or reball flash or change flash all ok

if the cable is correct then possbly it is a hardware problem
if you are using ufs try to flash it with a heavy software like jaf or mt

THAT RED IS FLASH IC.......SO PROBLEM IN THAT....CHANGE IT THEN FLASH IT.....SOME TIME NEED TO REBUILD IMEI ALSO......
