w200i red light blinking

I have W200i red light blink near on off switch problem
i tried flashing with com port and usb
v0.914021/UNI
CARD SERIAL: 000xxxxx
Loaded 51 flash descriptors
Open COM port OK
Abort all operations.
Can't load ID loader !
Elapsed:31 secs.
Abort all operations.
Can't load ID loader !
Elapsed:26 secs.

then i tried recovery
RECOVERY MODE STARTED
Abort all operations.
Elapsed:33 secs.

board is clean no water damage or physical damage

Damaged GDFS.
Change Flash IC and do emptyfill procedure.
