LGQ_1_37SC - direct unlock for Japan FOMA L01A,L03A released.

New version - LGQ_1_37SC is uploaded at support sites in LG section.

- Added direct unlock for Japan LG-FOMA L01A and L03A.
Original USB cable which goes together with phone must be used for working with these phones.
Also NEC 3G USB cable or Toshiba 803,904 USB cable can be used. Drivers for them also are uploaded. Read in "Unlocker help.txt" file how to connect these phones correctly.

P.S. I was asked not add these models for some time, but as some others already added them - nothing to do, here they are
