7610 hang problem

nokia 7610 on the phone hang in nokia cant off.but is no on the phone i charge batt it show phone star up fail.i so try run software and exchange cpu ,uem,flashand power supply filter.so same how 2 do????

I dont really get what you mean, but just see the phone startup failed contact the retailer problem. format the phone press YES, *, 3 Button, then power on, you should see formatting on screen. sit back and relax, post your result!
