1110 insert sim only with AIRCELCARD

i have serched manually with other sim on the samephone, among 5 network aircel is comming on the 4th position.

i have read the problem clearly most of the aircel cards are 16k so they dont work other simcards are 32k so they work

16k Or 32K Simcard is Not a problem

He told When He Put the Aircel simcard in That Particular mobile only. it shows insert simcard

But The Same Card Works In Other mobiles

And Other Aircel simcard Works in that same Mobile

1- there is a set 1110 in which every sim is working except AIRCEL, with AIRCEL it is showing insert sim card.

2-in that particular set when serched manually it is showing aircel network.

3. i have checked that aircel sim and more aircel sim with other 1110 set they are working fine.

4. now the problem is that single 1110 is facing INSERT SIM CARD problem when any AIRCEL SIM IS INSERTED.

dear in these days two type of sim using by networkssome sim are working on 1.8 volt and some are working on 3 volt.
when you power on the phone first uem ic give 1.8 volt to vsim if sim didnot reply then uem give 3 volt to sim if still faild then its show insert sim, in your case i think your emif filter [sim ic] is ok but your uem is giving only one volt it could be 1.8 or 3 volt.
first of all you put the sim in working mobile phone and put a jumper wire on vsim and other end take out and took other jamper wire from ground now close the set and on the set when set acept the sim check the volt on both end of jumper it should be 1.8 or 3 volt. then same try on your faulty fone if the faulty fone did not give same volt then heat the uem on your own risk or put a required volt regulator [ldo]on vsim.
