bb5 icon in ufs-3 is not working

thanks shaiksha but i bought it from pakistan. cant go back to change it
and brother sky net that is problem coming to me, when you click the bb5 icon a long list is opened in your image. but with me the list is not opening . and none of any other icon on this working .
i think you understand me .
and how i can check wheter my ufs-3 is original or not or what is missing from it. and can you plz define me what is HWK.
i am so sorry asking you some basic question but i think as a teacher you will not mind it thanks

1] I'm Not Teacher....
You can call me Friend or Brother...

2] You can Flash DCT3 / DCTL / DCT4 & WD2
but for BB5 you must have Original HWK Chip Installed in your Box...

In your Case Maybe you are using Clone HWK or Box without HWK...

Open your Box and Check If HWK Chip is Installed or Not..

Check This :
