NO NEED FOR PANİC.... just do iwhat i telling to you.


1. Make sure it's the right OS.
2. Make sure Battery voltage.
3. never take the battery out during the prosses.
4. If you did the right things phone should installs or formats OS program between 20 min - 45 min. during the proses you will see the red led contiusly, after all you will see phone will opens its self atomaticly. all you need to do then just folow the insturections on the phone.

Thank you for the reply to my posting on GSM India.

I have followed your instructions, but it does not work.

As soon as the OS starts to be loaded from the PC the red led light goes out

After the OS has loaded the BB boots to the screen with a battery with a red line thru it.

I have tried 4 different batteries.

The PC recognises it as a Blackberry when I plug it in (with the battery in) and loads the drivers.

Is there anything else I can try?

Could it be a charging port/min-usb problem?

Hi can anyone below error log means? I got this when i loaded an edited MMS SB as i dont have anykind of data plan in my country.
Im having unlocked bold OS4.6.0.262.
This MMS Sb is edited as per my ISP settings.

İ kinda got feeling you have not done as i told you. after you put OS you saying 'BB Boots and lights comes on' what you should do wait until lights goes off. maybe you dont see but after you thınk you finished some times they still do some thing inside. Just wait.. 45mins- 2 hours... ıts also important how did this phone come to this stat. It wont be USV cuz OS does instuls.

What I mean is that the it seems to start to boot.

The red led comes on for about 5 to 10 seconds, the led then goes off and after about 5 seconds, the screen with the battery with a red line appears.

After that nothing happens.

what are you using to flash this is it desktop manager or what???????????

you are using wrong battery i have had that before and it had me stumped for a while bb are not like other phones there batteries dont work across the models different diagrams and designs

follow these simple steps and and be free.
1:download bb unlocker by hari(602mb)
2:download mfi multiloader(707mb)
3:extract the file one of the bb unlocker and install it.the installation will take your time but wait
4:go to C:\MML and install the following; blackberry desktop sw..., dotnetfx.
5:extact mfi to C:\MML
6:go to HHfiles and cut the files in MFI and paste them in MFI in C:\MML\MFI
7:install the mml executive in the mfi rar
8:download and install the OS of the phone you are dealing with.

then use the unlocking proceedure to bring the phone back.

8900 just type the wrong password in 10 times but be sure to follow the display instructions then it will wipe your device and password will ne gone,also do a software upgrade on the 2nd device it should solve your problem,but make sure the ohone is not liquid damage if you find after software it is still thew same then check key dome/

have tried doing a software updated if not then i suggest you do that first before trying anything else.if that fails check to see if lcd is ok or cliped in correctly.
