3310 blank screen

I got a 3310.When it came to me,at first its problem was it shows Full black screen when switch on.I full flashed the phone,after that when i switch on the handset it shows blank screen and can't switch off.please help

Its not LCD problem.I confirmed it by changing LCD.When i switch on the phone it shows only blank screen and can't switch off.

plz do not medal vt board ...jus downgrade the soft ..which u hav installed ...put d rit version it vl work...
my humble request to all members plz dont jump to board unless u dont find any solution from other methods... "Risk should b the last resort"
