clean pcb with ipa and dry it . then resolder battery contect . check with other battery also.

check it hang with sim or without sim also.

1- flash 3,70 ver. but E not M (etc: rm72_73_110E_03.70c )
2- after write pp (etc: RM-72_EU.pp)
3- and write 6230 pm

unlock and full ui defaults.
