    Default problem in "HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.20.000" installation

    I Can't Install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.20.000 but i'll complete uninstall old HWK_Support_Suite_Setup when i'll try to install it then showing this error!!!!

    don't connect any box br

    remove all software box

    then install it


    your problem solved

    First Uninstall "HWK Suite" and then Uninstall "HWK Support Suite"

    Do as directed

    (1) Uninstall all HWK Software
    (2) Delete any Registry remaining through regedit command


    Saras.png

    (3) Reboot the computer
    (4) Install Driver of UFS-3
    (5) Change your serial No of UFS-3 Box to original, it can be change by serial no changer and can be download from this
    forum.
    (6) Repair HWK through you tool used
    (7) Connect to internet
    (8) Install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.20.000, Let be update and repair with HWK update clint,

    (9) After repair it will authorize the BOX.

    (10) Install HWK_Support_Suite_Major_v02.20.1 to 3

    you can find all tools here in this forum

    All will be OK

    since yesterdae i cant upgrade my hwk ver 2.2.0,,,,i formated my computer three days ago and put new windows XP sp3, bt i keep getting this error

    HWK server is since 5 DAYS down!!!

    The same problem have to many People and HWK team is sleeping .this is irritating!!!

    Try after one week, it is server log problem. After successfully upgrade, copy registry of SarasSoft for further use after formatting the computer.
