dear sir
hwk easy to use but hard to instal but if follow u right step salve ur problem
i will try give u same idea
for instalation
1. If ur PC fresh to installation it's best for u (format pc)

2.first instal only Ethernet driver for net use

3.than check ur IP address in auto condition

4. security level very low

5.windows firewall disable

6.don't install any antivirus Or other software before done hwk software.

7. for "Authentication stage error" check ur IP address Or security level

Than follow this step

FIRST INSTALL HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.02.000

THAN CONNECT BOX AND INSTALL DRIVER

THAN UPDATE WITH CLIENT

THAN INSTALL HWK_Major_Suite_v02.02.000

same time registry not cleanup for that use registry cleanup
use attach file for registry cleanup

Sir, I have Ufs3 O.G. Box & v_2.2.0 updating installed flashing software, since working fine but yesterday when I press short cut key DCTxBB5/other software key not open or no response. Once again I repair the flash tools but problem is same... What can I do sir please any body help me... Thanks GsmIndia

Try This :
1. Uninstall HWK Suite & Support Suite
2. Delete Folders & Registrys
3. Restart System
4. Disable AntiVirus [If Any]
5. Install Support Suite and Update HWK
6. Install HWK Suite and Minor Updates
5. Add "LG_GSM.exe" to Exclude List and Enable AntiVirus

1. Run "DITS HWK Repair.exe"
2. Click on setting and do select setting as shown "DITS HWK Repair Setting.jpg" then press ok
3. Select MSP430F11X1
3. Click on erase
4. Then open the file "NEW_HWK_3.08 HWL Flash File.bin" and click on prog



Your hwk will be ok
