Contact service problem on Nokia cell phone, in this case Nokia 1650, usually caused by software problem. To repair this damage, you need the box flasher like UFS, Mx-Box, and other flasher tools. The steps to repair contact service usually like the list below:
- Erase and full flash your phone using the highest firmware version
- Write pm
- Unlock
