P910i flashed away (help)

hi! i have a P910i (phone:r4a006)version. first problem is it wont boot up on the animation screen when i turn this on. it hangs on the SE LOGO. what i did is go to my Cousin and have it repaired there. now its ok, the phone works. my second problem is why my OLD IMEI is not the same as before when i try to install a new software coz it was erased during the flashing of PDA. but when i type *#06# my IMEI is correct but in the lets say MAGIC TEXT software my IMIE is not same as i typed *#06#? why is that? do i miss something during the flashing of my P910i? what is the correct proceedure?
