3660 and 6600 problem

I've 3660 which off suddenly after 10 minutes, i've do full erase, flash it to ver5.08, write pm, init simlock, format user area 7 times, and full factory reset, but doesn't help. And i do rehot Uem and Zocus IC but doesnt't solve the problem too.

For 6600 it's very strange, the set is dead, i do erase per area successfuly, but if i flash it always error when erase ppm area, the set only blinking if power on, which flash ic is corrupt?

I'm use Jaf, UFS, and mobile ex

please i need solutions

problem solved ......reflowed hot air with flux on UPP.
