    RPL File is Used to Store IMEI, SIMLock and Some Other Security Data...

    You Need Supported Box [Like ATF / MxBox / Universal Box etc] for :
    USB/Fbus Flashing
    Read/Write .RPL or .ASK
    and Other Works..

    If You don't have Any Tool and Not Know how to do All this - Its Better to Give Your Set to Authorized Service Center...
